Preprint and Pre-publication Archiving Policy

The Business and Applied Sciences Academy of North America (BAASANA) supports open research and the early dissemination of scientific findings. Authors are encouraged to deposit preprint versions of their manuscripts in reputable preprint servers—such as arXiv, IndiaRxiv, or their institutional repositories—prior to acceptance by a BAASANA journal.

Depositing a preprint does not affect consideration for publication in BAASANA journals.

Once the article is formally published in a BAASANA journal, authors are expected to:

• Update the preprint record with a citation and link to the final published version (version of record).

• Ensure the published version is cited in any future references to the work.

This policy promotes transparency, rapid knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices in scholarly communication.

Access

The journals of BAASANA are open-access; as a result, individual articles are freely available online for all readers. There are no fees for viewing or downloading papers from the journals website. To receive hard copies of the journal by post, please get in touch with the BAASANA team at info@baasana.org
